1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Prime Gadgets website (galaxysolution.tech), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel your order.
3. Order Process
Orders are processed via WhatsApp and email. An order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless cash on delivery is arranged. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card (via secure payment link), and cash on delivery (UAE only). All card transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Prime Gadgets is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day return policy applies to unused items in original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or missing original accessories may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Warranty
Products are sold with manufacturer warranties as specified on product pages. Prime Gadgets acts as a facilitator for warranty claims but is not the warranty provider. Physical damage, water damage (beyond rated resistance), and unauthorized modifications void warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prime Gadgets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Prime Gadgets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
